Who are we?

You’ve all heard of the “crazy cat lady”… Well we’re a bunch of “crazy dog people”. With a gang of 6 pups in our home ranging from diddy little Daisy, the French Bulldog, to her giant best friend Balou, the Saint Bernard. Dogs have always been in our family and even our parent company, Boston, is named after one of our beautiful boys.

So how did we end up here?

Funny you should ask. In a crazy 20 minutes of inspiration, over a cheeky Nando(g)’s, we decided to open a dog shop for the blinging Essex region filled to the brim with goodies that weren’t available in “Pet Shops”. The shop was called Glamour Pawz (in a time it was still cool to have a Z instead of an S)

So then what?

The first year flew by, it was amazing fun and we met amazing people. We learned a lot and tried to adapt and evolve as quickly possible. Some of the things we learned:

1. “Glamour Pawz” was a bad choice of name.
2. Normal dog coats don’t fit Bulldogs or Frenchies
3. The UK was full of boring dog toys

So…
1. Glamour Pawz became Dogaholic -> (Yes that was us, Hello to all our amazing long time friends!)
2. Our first brand ‘Dogissimo’ was born offering coats and accessories to Frenchies and Bulldogs. (Yes that was also us.)

After the success of the first shop, we decided to open our second shop in the stunning little Essex town of Buckhurst Hill. The shops and brands became a hit and we had a very loyal customer base that we knew by name. You may have even spotted us on The Only Way is Essex, Alex & Olivia, The Money Pit, along with other tv shows.

We always strived to fill our beautiful shops with the best, most fashionable toys and accessories. Our search for products led (<- dog pun) us around the world where we were finding some great designs but they were missing that quintessentially English touch.

Introducing, CatwalkDog.

Our aspiration was to make dog toys fun and fashionable! We wanted dog owners to love the toys as much as their four legged best friends.

At CatwalkDog, we believe, “The more pun, the more fun”.

We want to take you on a journey to see the world through your dogs eyes with our parody take on some of your most loved fashion brands, alcoholic beverages and everyday favourites. We love creating an exciting range of quality soft toys for your dog to enjoy.

CatwalkDog is the UK’s “Ultimutt” range of high-quality parody soft dog toys, luxury dog harnesses, dog leads, and dog hoodies.

Our four-legged friends are often snapped by the “pup-arazzi”, “we shih tzu not”!
