Dogs have always been in our family and French Bulldogs and Bulldogs have always been close to our heart.
In 2014 we decided to open our first shop In Gidea Park. This was called Dogaholic.
The aim, to provide fashionable dog accessories and food to discerning dog owners in and around Essex that couldn’t be bought from “pet shops”
A year later, after seeing a gap in the market, we launched our first brand, Dogissimo.
The focus was to provide high quality coats for our favourite breed and we swiftly became synonymous with fashionable doggie attire nationwide.
Dogissimo products are now stocked nationwide and across Europe – “Paws-itively exciting” !
After the success of the first shop and Dogissimo, in 2017, we decided to open our second shop in Buckhurst Hill.
Both shops soon became a hit and we had a very loyal customer base that we knew by name. The shops even featured a few times on TV.
TOWIE, Alex & Olivia, The Money Pit, along with other tv shows, wanted to film as we had attracted numerous famous customers.
Sadly we couldn’t tell the “pup-arazzi”!
With greater demand for our products, in 2019 we founded CatwalkDog.
CatwalkDog is the UK’s “Ultimutt” range of high-quality parody soft toys, luxury dog harnesses, dog leads, and dog hoodies and is now readily available in Europe with distributors in Belgium, France and Austria.
Our goal is simple and remains to this day- We want to make you smile as much as your dog.
After all, they are your best “fur-end”. 😊
